Sam Wazan, the founder and former CEO of Stripling & Beck, Inc, an offshore IT services consultancy firm, is the founder of Global Performer.  

After spending five years leading and managing Stripling & Beck until it was acquired,  Sam applied his US business savvy and understanding of cultural differences to develop a unique, relevant and no nonsense tools and techniques to integrate U.S. companies with offshore IT services firms.

Defining projects, developing unique RFIs and RFPs, selecting the most relevant vendor(s) and negotiating with offshore vendors have been services provided successfully and repeatedly to clients, nationally.  Subsequently, Global Performer is experienced to expedite the procurement of offshore services for clients because of the expertise acquired in dealing with multiple vendors in various capacities and applications. 

Mr. Wazan has received numerous awards and certifications and appeared in various programs on TV and radio speaking about Offshore IT consulting and governance.  He continues to be a featured speaker in outsourcing conferences and provides solid advice to key executives pondering the paradox of offshore outsourcing.  He has been published in several publications regarding the risks of offshoring and, more importantly, the governance of offshore outsourcing to ensure benefits are realized.
